Wholesale Requirements

To open a wholesale account, you will need:
  • A valid business registration or business license;
  • A resale certificate or tax ID (required for U.S.-based buyers);
  • A completed wholesale application (see below);
  • A minimum opening order (details provided during account setup).
We review all wholesale applications and reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

How the Wholesale Process Works

  1. Apply: Submit your wholesale inquiry via the contact form below or email us with "Wholesale Inquiry" in the subject line.
  1. Verify: Our wholesale team will review your business information and confirm your wholesale eligibility.
  1. Get access: Once approved, you will receive access to our wholesale catalog and price list.
  1. Order: Place your order using the wholesale order form.
  1. Pay & ship: We will issue a proforma invoice; after payment is received, your order enters production and shipping.

Pricing and Discounts

  • Wholesale prices are quoted in USD and provided on the wholesale price list after your account is approved.
  • Discounts are tiered based on order volume; larger orders qualify for higher discount rates.
  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We may offer seasonal promotions to active wholesale partners.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before production or shipment.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank wire transfer and major credit cards.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
  • We generally do not offer credit terms; exceptions may be considered for established long-term partners.

Shipping and Lead Times

  • Production lead time: typically 7–15 business days after payment confirmation, depending on order size.
  • Shipping: we offer both domestic and international shipping; freight costs are quoted per order based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Customs: for international wholesale orders, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request.

Quality, Returns, and Claims

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt, with photos and order information.
  • Approved claims will be replaced or credited in accordance with the terms of your wholesale agreement.
  • Non-defective wholesale items are generally not eligible for return; exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
